Whether navigating the intricacies of sales, production, accounting, or human resources, I consistently approach each domain as a meticulously designed series of steps leading towards overarching objectives: an assembly line allowing for nuance and character in company culture, product, service, and a go to market strategy. While the nuances may differ—be it in terminology, timelines, or the individuals involved—the fundamental principles remain strikingly similar. I firmly believe that the linchpin of sustainable business success lies in the consistent, adept execution, and timely evolution of these foundational steps.

Reflecting on my formative years in the business landscape, a pivotal chapter unfolded when I was a young bookkeeper in Los Angeles. Every week, I engaged with over 15 distinct businesses, each with its unique offerings, talented owners, and operational challenges. I encountered a mosaic of industries, from tech startups to traditional retail outlets, small sole proprietors to public companies. During these years I became proficient in diverse software platforms including Quickbooks, SAP, Netsuite, and the legacy Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) to name a few. Yet, amid this diversity, a recurring theme emerged: the foundational steps for ensuring business efficiency and sustainability remained steadfast. It was this profound realization that sowed the seeds for what would later evolve into the framework for INFAWORK.

The Path to INFAWORK
The genesis of INFAWORK is rooted in a personal anecdote close to my heart. It all began when my amazingly talented wife conceptualized her groundbreaking baby product: Pacidose. To actualize this dream, she sought a streamlined order-processing and fulfillment solution that would allow her to take orders at an upcoming trade show and route those orders to her fulfillment center. Despite exhaustive market research, a glaring gap persisted. Fueled by determination and innovation, I embarked on a collaborative journey with a former colleague, culminating in the inception of the inaugural version of INFAWORK. This initial endeavor served as a catalyst, igniting a series of innovations, from inventory management systems to refining customer relations and optimizing production workflows. Our journey remains fluid and dynamic, continually evolving in tandem with our customer’s evolving needs and industry trends.
