The genesis of INFAWORK is rooted in a personal anecdote close to my heart. It all began when my amazingly talented wife conceptualized her groundbreaking baby product: Pacidose. To actualize this dream, she sought a streamlined order-processing and fulfillment solution that would allow her to take orders at an upcoming trade show and route those orders to her fulfillment center. Despite exhaustive market research, a glaring gap persisted. Fueled by determination and innovation, I embarked on a collaborative journey with a former colleague, culminating in the inception of the inaugural version of INFAWORK. This initial endeavor served as a catalyst, igniting a series of innovations, from inventory management systems to refining customer relations and optimizing production workflows.
