Does INFAWORK work for any business?

Our goal is for INFAWORK to be industry agnostic. However, this takes time as industries have variations that need to be developed. Our current focus is manufacturers, distributors, and service organizations.

Is INFAWORK really only $39.99 per month?

Pricing transparency is really important to us. Our pricing is based on a monthly user fee of $39.99. In addition, INFAWORK charges for payroll processing, credit card processing, and data usage above 2 GB per user. Our commitment is to you and your business success.

What sort of support does INFAWORK offer?

INFAWORK offers support Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm EST. Additionally, we monitor our email and help tickets 24/7 so if you are having an issue, submit a help ticket and we’ll get on it immediately.

How do I train my employees on INFAWORK?

How can I transition my data from my existing system to INFAWORK?

Our onboarding process takes about one to two hours depending on how much data you want to bring over. This gives you the chance to add or import your customers, vendors, products, services, as well as your past financial statements, open invoices and bill, and other data.

How many different INFAWORK pricing plans are available?

INFAWORK believes in simple and transparent pricing. We offer one plan, regardless of company size.

Do I need to add every employee as an INFAWORK user in my organization?

Do we need to purchase a minimum number of user licenses?

Absolutely not! We don’t impose such restrictions.

I don't have permission to accept your agreement. It has to go through our legal department. How do I go about this?

We have multiple divisions in our business. Can INFAWORK be licensed to just one division?

Certainly. We can set up your division independently and provide necessary information through our API or Reporting module.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you cancel before the 30th day, you won’t be charged. After that, you can cancel anytime, and you’ll be charged only through the next monthly billing cycle.
